New Melones fishing trip 11-24-2012

I had a family of four on Saturday the 24th of November at Melones to catch some trout. The morning started out pretty cool with a slight breeze, but the skies were clear and we all knew that it would turn out to be a great day and definitely warm up. I set out two  rods and it was not long before we had our first hook up and soon a small rainbow was in the ice chest and we were on our way of catching many more on this day. The day couldn’t  have been any nicer with a great group of guys and the weather turned out to be perfect. They ended the day keeping 14 rainbows and releasing around five and their was many missed opportunities, a great day on the water at New Melones. Thanks again everyone and thank you for fishing Gold Country SportfishingNew Melones fishing giudes
