Returning long time clients Harry and Mike were onboard with me on Thursday the 30th of March. When we arrived at the lake we were greeted with dark clouds and a heavy wind. I knew the wind was going to worse as the day went on, so we launched the boat and headed out in search of an area that we could maybe hide out of the wind. I set out four rods and soon we were getting bites , however the landing part was tough and after about an hour we started putting fish in the cooler. The wind was getting stronger and at times it was difficult to keep the boat straight, but we were able to keep fishing and by 1:30 we called it a day with 12 stripers from the waters of Hogan reservoir. Thanks again guys for the great day.
