New clients Rob and Lisa were onboard with me for a day of chasing trout and kokanee. The morning started off slow as it took awhile for us to get our first fish as the bite time was way earlier than when we arrived. Finally we found our first fish that quickly went into the reliable fish bag, and it wasn’t long and we started putting a few fish in the bag, however we were also looking for the kokanee that was avoiding us then at one point three rods went off and we had a triple on the kokanee, after marking the spot on the GPS we circled back for more action. The day was warm and did not really get to hot till the end of the trip. The day ended up with ten rainbows and eight kokanee. They let many trout go back as they had there two limits and we just could not get the final two kokanee close to the net. Still a great day with two great people.
